DELIVERY: Please allow 1 week for delivery of pieces purchased from this website.

RECEIPT: Upon receipt of package, please inspect for any damage in shipping. Please report any damage within 24 hours, and save all packaging and product.

RETURNS: Please contact me to return an item. The shipping cost will be covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged.

UL LISTING: Only UL listed components are used to create the luminaires. An additional fee will incur if UL listing is needed for the assembled luminaire. Please contact me if necessary to arrange prior to your purchase.
